An early 19th century French console table. Made from Cuban mahogany and retaining the original marble top, the table has a single frieze drawer with an applied ormolu mount. It stands on double column supports with a shaped plinth base. The colour and patination are both excellent and this is a really good looking and useful table of unusual design.

“A great looking console table that is practical in its size and a superb colour and ideal for an entrance hall, drawing or dining room."
