With a three panelled lifting top that opens to reveal the original candle box. The panelled fronts surrounded with decorative carving and the coffer retaining the original bracket feet and shaped brackets. It is a good wax patinated colour and has the initials ES carved into the front. Note should also be made of the engraved signed hinges which is most unusual.
