An impressive George III tallboy that is made from Cuban mahogany. This cabinet is of outstanding quality and has a well carved and parquetry inlaid cornice that sits above graduating drawers that are all decoratively book match veneered. The top drawers are flanked by bold canted corners that are again parquetry and marquetry inlaid and it stands on the original shaped bracket feet. It is a wonderful mellow colour and was made on the island of Jersey during the 18th century.
