A set of EIGHT George III dining chairs. Made from Cuban mahogany the set consists of two arms and six singles. Their backs are decorated with carving and the chairs have drop in seats above square legs that are joined by a stretcher. The seats are upholstered in hand stitched needleworks and the chairs are  in the manner of Gillow. They are a good rich colour with excellent patination.  The seat width of the arm chairs is 21″ inches and the seat width of the singles is 20″.
