Of excellent quality, this large tea caddy is veneered in Macassar ebony and has fine mother of pearl inlay. It retains the original inset tea boxes and glass bowl.  It is a superb example of a Regency period tea caddy.  With its large size, it can be a stand alone object on a table top or added to a good caddy collection.

“An unusual Regency period tea caddy of exceptional quality."
