A large Regency period oak partners desk. Veneered in figured oak and with ebonised mouldings, the desk has an inset red leather top with a wide cross banding. On one side the doors have original leather panels with brass grills that open to reveal fitted internal drawers. On the other side it has oak veneered panelled doors that open to a shelved interior. The quality and colour of the desk is excellent and the secondary timber is mahogany. The knee hole height is 25″ meaning that the desk can easily be sat at.
