A Regency period, Chinese export tea cannister. Of superb quality and with a lid that pens to reveal the original engraved metal tea cannisters. With craved feet, the chinoiserie decoration is complete and is in an untouched condition. This is a very good example of Chinese Export that was made for the European market in the late 18th/early 19th century.
