A Regency period Chinese export work box. Of superb quality and with an opening top above a single drawer that itself is fitted, it stands on finely carved and gilded feet and crucially, the decoration is complete and in completely untouched condition. This is an excellent example of Chinese Export that was made for the European market in the late 18th/early 19th century.
