A Regency period cabinet. Made from best quality Cuban mahogany, the cabinet has a gallery section with a mirror back. The base with a single drawer above twin cupboard doors that open to interior shelving. It is flanked by scrolling pilasters that have foliate carved decoration and lion paw feet. The quality and colour are both excellent and without question this cabinet is the work of Gillows and the piece can be strongly attributed to his workshops.
