A pair of original framed blue print designs for a 1936 sailing boat by the naval architect John Alden of Boston. The plans are for the cabin and construction of the boat. John Alden of Boston (1884-1962) was known for designing sailing yachts that were comfortable, sea-kindly and quick. He started his own yacht design business in 1909, which became famous in the 1920;s after a few of Alden’s vessels won races to Bermuda. This pair will look great in any library, beach house or study.
