Made from well figured Cuban mahogany, the table with a three quarter gallery and three frieze drawers. Standing on elegant fluted legs with brass cup casters, the table is of excellent quality and a good mellow colour. Due to its size and quality, it would without doubt have been an expensive commission for a good country house of the early 19th century.
