A Large George II Mahogany Tea Caddy

Made from Cuban mahogany, this tea caddy dates from the first half of the 18th century. It has a very unusual shaped lid and retains the original swan neck handle. It has a sectional interior and the caddy is a good rich colour with a wax patinated surface.
