A George III, Sheraton period sofa table. Dating from the end of the 18th century, the table is veneered in rosewood with a satinwood cross banding to the top. It also has fine satinwood cross bandings to the top edge, drawer fronts and frieze. The drawers retain their original handles and are mahogany lined. Standing on an elegant end support base that has the original brass box casters and decorative applied ormolu mounts. The table is an excellent colour and of first class quality.
