A George III Longcase Clock With Great Colour & Figure

Made from well figured Cuban mahogany that is of an excellent colour, the clock with an eight day striking movement and a painted dial (original decoration) that features both a calendar and rolling dial. It is signed by Wood of Macclesfield and the clock strikes each hour. The movement is in good working order having been recently serviced. At only 84 inches (214cm) high, the clock will fit into any room and will suit both a country house or homely cottage. The width given is the max at the cornice with the actual trunk being 16″ (41cm) wide.
