Made from mahogany, the desk has a character leather top above twin pedestals with drawers one side and cupboards the other. The pedestals are paneled and the desk is of a good mellow colour. The knee hole measures 24.5″ (62cm) high and 21.5″ (55cm) wide, meaning it can easily be sat at. The proportion of this desk is unusual in that it measures only 48″ wide yet has the working depth of a much larger desk.

“A useful period desk of narrow width but good working depth."
