A 19th Century Mahogany 60″ Pedestal Desk

Circa: 1825

Depth: 30"

Height: 30.5"

Width: 60"

Period: 19th Century

Location: Hungerford

Made from mahogany, the desk has a character leather top above twin pedestals with drawers one side and being panelled at the back. It is an unusual proportion being 60 inches wide yet only 30 inches deep. The kneehole height is 24″, meaning it can be comfortably sat at. It is a lovely mellow colour and of good quality throughout.

“A useful period desk of decent width but only 30 inches deep."
