A George II oak gate leg dining table. With a thick plank top the table has a single gate leg each side making sitting around it much easier. With a drawer at each end the table is a wonderful untouched colour and very much in original condition. Purchased from a local farm house where it had stood in the family dining room since the mid 19th century the table has great character.

“Examples of 18th century oak that retain their original colour and surface are becoming very difficult to find and I was delighted to be able to buy this table from a local farmhouse."
