A full size suit of battle armour. Whilst in the 16th century style, this suit of armour was made during the 19th century Victorian period. During this period the Victorians were constructing and furnishing mock Baronial halls and it is probable that this suit was commissioned for such a hall. It is of very good quality and would have been an expensive commission of the period. It  has a great look and will certainly add a wow factor to any interior.
